All Appointments Require A 24-hour Notice To Cancel or Reschedule,
Failure To Do So Will Result In A Forfeiture Of Your Deposit & Full Payment Will Be Required. 

 

  • What Is The Late Policy?

Clients Are Given An 15 -Minute Grace Period Before The Appointment Is Cancelled,
Which Will Result In Forfeiture Of Your Deposit & Full Payment Will Be Required. 

 

  • How Do I Select A Certain Technician For My Service(s)?

When Making Your Appointment, There Is A Option At The Top Of The Calendar That Says " Filter"
& It Will List All Of The Technicians Names. Once You Select The Technician That You Would Like,
It Will Only Show The Availability Of That Technician. 

  • Is Nail Art Included In The Service?​

     Nail Art Is Not Included In The Service! Nail Art Is An Additional Price.
    Nail Art Is Categorized In 3 Ways (Simple, Detailed & Elaborate).   
    If You Would Like Nail Art,Please Book Your Appointment With Nail Art (Under "Add-On Section")

    With Doing So, It Will Give The Technician The Proper Amount Of Time To Complete The Service.
